Prominent global chemicals company BASF’s Turkey Headquarters Office, the project management of which was carried out by JLL Turkey and project design of which was conducted by Mimaristudio is located in Ataşehir Nidakule Kuzey Northern Block, on 2 floors with 5.500 square meters of indoor space.

The architectural,electricity and mechanical implementation of the project was completed in turnkey delivery within 120 days, by Oğuz Bayazıt Mimarlık and thus, the company started the new year in its new office.

The project highlights the powerful, innovative and environment-friendly identity of BASF, with carefully examined construction drawings. The products were included in the process according to LEED Interior Design and Construction v4 certificate issued by the US Green Building Council, after detailed research and reception of the required permissions. During the practical phase of the design, regarding the BASF products, the process was coordinated in precision with direct communication withe the related departments of BASF.

Throughout the process, the required shop drawings were prepared with our architectural, mechanical and electricity technical staff and offered to the project author and the revisions requested by the Employer were resolved within the process without any interruption in the working schedule In order to make efficient use of the entire process, solution offers were suggested for saving time and implementations were made after confirmations.
