This is the application project of the 2 to 22 floors of the tower of the head office of Turkey Financial Participation Bank located in Istanbul/ Ümraniye, which is to be delivered on a turn-key basis. The architectural design and project management of the Project which has a total area of 20.000 m² while fit-out manufacturing works have been completed within a record period of time as 125 days.

The application details of the architectural decoration project which contains different and original details at every point were developed without changing the criteria and organization of the material and application directed at this end was realized within the course of time. The program prepared and submitted to the employer was taken as a basis during the tender process and the studies were carefully completed by organizing and reporting the number of blue and white collar teams which were undertaken towards the employer in order to carry out the program without disruption.

As different from the classical applications of contracting works; proposals were made that would improve the comfort conditions of TFKB employees while ensure the increase of the budget revenues of the employer and the necessary studies were made accordingly.

Deliveries were made to the employer within a record period of time within the framework of the budget submitted to the employer as a result of the studies carried outline.
