In the city center of Azerbaijan-Bakü, 1000 m² area of the ground and the 1st floor of an old historical building which was formerly used as “Fövqəladə Hallar Nazirliyi Maddi-Texniki Təchizat İdarəsi” was designed as “Bahçeci Women’s Health and IVF Center”. The opening of the center is planned to be on May 10th, which is the birth date of Aliyev. It was planned that VIP patient observation rooms, surgery rooms, laboratories and offices would be on the ground floor and polyclinics to manage aesthetic operations and places for the staff would be on the 1st floor of this center which is equipped with the recent technology and which provide services in accordance with the world standards.

It was aimed for Bahçeci IVF Center and Aesthetic Clinic with a design of modern lines to provide the best service to its patients. Designed according to the Class 10.000 hygiene standards, the center was handled with a perspective of patient-centered health center that it could provide visual, audial and thermal comfort to its users.
