The relevant project is a transformation project of a 1988 building in Boğazkesen, Istanbul into Apart Hotel.

The building which is consisted of 5 normal floors, 1 ground floor + 1 entresol, 1 basement floor and a terrace floor has become an 18 floor Apart Hotel for long-term usage. In the project which is located on 1510 m² area, there are 16 1+1 flats and 2 2+1 flats.

The building which is used as office for long years is designed in a modern style and in compliance with today’s requirements and high comfort standards.

In this project which is developed in accordance with the tourist profile who visit Istanbul, the main idea is to offer a different experience for those who seek an alternative for hotel accommodation. The exterior walls of the project are reformed with modern touches in a way that does not harm its general appearance.
