PROJECT DESIGN

The vision of Oguz Bayazit Architecture at the design stage is to design buildings in which the cutting edge technology and methods are applied at the same time.

As the projects are being designed, the goals are utilization of renewable energy resources (sun, wind, soil etc.) through analyses related with the field, reduction of utilization of resources, protection and enhancement of energy efficient design, environment and natural ambiance, keeping the human health and comfort at highest by internal climatic and acoustic conditions, observing the socio-cultural status of the place and to provide the transportation opportunities.

During all stages of the project from design to delivery; the ideas and needs of employers are kept in mind, and all the services in all stages are managed by perfect and sustainable design, efficient and cutting-edge technology manufacturing process, correct time and cost
