Oğuz Bayazıt Architecture Signature in Yalıkavak PalMarina

Build projects of some important restaurants such as Mezzaluna, Loft on the Beach, Kitchenette, Nusr-et Steak House, Beluga Champagne Bar, Shelly located in Bodrum Yalikavak Palmarina, which is the first and only Mega/Giga marina managed by D.ream (Doğuş Restaurant Entertainment and Management) founded in March 2012, were carried out by Oğuz Bayazıt Architecture.

Not only the design but also the build project and implementation of Sait Restaurant, one of the most popular venues of Yalikavak PalMArina were carried out by again Oğuz Bayazıt Architecture. Oğuz Bayazıt Architecture team delivered the project in such a short time as 35 days working excellently. D.ream Group decided to continue to work with Oğuz Bayazıt Architecture in new surprise projects due to its success.

2 Multiple Awards to Oğuz Bayazıt Architecture

Oğuz Bayazıt Architecture has been awarded two separate awards in "the most appropriate stand design contest” held as part of the Construction Fair - Turkey Build Istanbul.

Oğuz Bayazıt Architecture got the First prize with the "Dendro Parke" stand. The project, whose design and implementation was carried out by Architect Atıl Beçin from Oğuz Bayazıt Architecture, was awarded first prize due to its better use of space, the details thought in favor of the disabled, the aesthetic in visual material, and the modularity and re-usability of the stand in different places.

The other prize won by Oğuz Bayazıt Architecture with the "Aspen Yapı ve Zemin A.Ş." stand was the Third prize. The "Aspen Yapı ve Zemin A.Ş." stand was awarded Third prize due to its arrangement as a three-dimensional design, its bond established with fair area and product, and design mounting which evaluates the fair area volumetric and enhances the usage value of the area. Through this award winning work performed by the Architect Atıl Beçin, Oğuz Bayazıt Architecture has scored a major success.

in the hands of Oğuz Bayazıt Architecture

Design and implementation of Azerbaijan’s most advanced IVF center which will be operated by Bahçeci Group in Baku will be carried out by Oğuz Bayazıt Architecture. Oğuz Bayazıt Architecture, one of the most competent architectural offices in the field of hospital architecture, has a very pivotal experience as having carried out the most medical projects in Turkey.

In the medical projects that require different architectural solutions than any other ordinary buildings, Oğuz Bayazıt Architecture has been carrying out the projects of Bahçeci Group since 2009 as it has specialized in terms of using the present volume effectively and developing effective models for the functioning of space.

Ground and first floor area, total area of 1000m², of Ex-historic building used as “Fövqəladə Hallar Nazirliyi Maddi-Texniki Təchizat İdarəsi” in city center in Azerbaijan-Baku was designed as "Bahçeci Women´s Health and IVF Center”.

 

Doctor examination rooms that satisfy the requirements of the IVF center, VIP patient observation rooms, operating rooms, laboratories and offices are planned to be located on the ground floor of this center which has the latest technology and where world-class operation will be carried out; and polyclinics where aesthetic practices will be performed and the rooms which staff will use are planned to be located in the first floor. Bahçeci IVF Center and Aesthetic Clinic with a modern design aims to give patients the best possible service.
