Delimonti has been created in line with a multifocal approach which uses space as a denominator and takes support from historical fabric. Both the richness of the company and the components preferred in architectural context lay the groundwork for project to be distinguished and to have a specific concept. Stone oven which is built with in situ techniques and wine tasting bar which is consisted of 80% local wines take place together in the spatial settlement of this organic roof which hosts almost all traditional and Anatolian products. In addition to physical diversity, the company provides a sales-oriented service and aims to maintain the attachment with consumers independently from the space through helping consumers to experience the space in bars, the product-based assembly points, and around a communal table and providing an in situ tasting.
