Historical Bomonti Brewery is shaped by intermingled blocks due to its structural characteristics. Block A which is the only exception to the long-term completion of this organic formation in line with flow diagram of functions is projected in order to render service as a restaurant within architectural innovation process subsequent to restoration studies. The identity of the enterprise is Kiva with which we have also come across in Galata. Oğuz Bayazıt Architecture undertook construction management and implementation roles as an actor of transformation period of spaces designed in compliance with the features and enterprise repertoire of the historical building. The project in which two administratively and applicatively different teams in terms of operation took part was approached sensitively for a historical building was being settled and the control point of all steps of the process became the current building. The intention was to act in parallel with the principle of reflecting the team and the source organization on field after the completion of evaluation and compatibility processes of architectural, electrical and mechanical projects in this context. The implementation stage during which infrastructural necessities were also carried out took two months to accomplish. Being a detached block in case evaluated according to the unique and physical conditions, the factory building hosted the families of administrative personnel during operation stage and the framework of the factory meet each other in the court as a common denominator. Defined with these features, the space array comes together under three titles as indoor, outdoor and intersection areas. The multi-chambered formation which opens to a dwelling-house functioned common place is the source of the inner area. The winter garden which define the block entrance and which encircles the court offers an indoor experience which helps you to observe outdoors from within. Lighting scenario which specializes and adds part of the court to Kiva with the joint it creates on top elevation determines the usage area of outdoors.
